As each team must play 34 games in the German Bundesliga, the achievement of a player scoring the equivalent of a goal every game is always seen as an impressive feat.
Only seven times in Bundesliga history has a player scored over 34 goals in a single season, helping build the competition to be one of the greatest football leagues in the world.
